Job description
Paylocity is seeking a Regional Executive Director to lead the daily operations of up to five regional facilities in New Jersey. You will oversee clinical and medical departments, ensure compliance, monitor budgets and KPIs, and drive improvements across safety, efficiency and patient outcomes.
Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of progressive leadership in behavioral health or healthcare, a master’s degree in a relevant field, and strong collaboration with leadership teams and external partners.
