Gentiva is seeking a Regional Director of Operational Excellence to lead hospice branch operations across Florida, partnering with clinical and administrative leaders to strengthen teams, ensure regulatory readiness, and deliver high-quality patient care in diverse settings.
The role requires RN licensure, five+ years in operations/leadership with at least three years in hospice, and strong coaching, communication, and data-driven improvement skills. Regular regional travel is required.
