Job description
Care Hospice, Inc. is seeking an Area Director of Operations to lead our Altus Hospice teams across Texas (Alice, Beaumont, Corpus Christi, Kingwood, Laredo, Livingston, Sugarland, Victoria).
This senior role requires multi-site management experience, a passion for hospice, and strong operational acumen. The candidate must live within driving distance of the territory and spend about 75% of time in the assigned region, with prior hospice leadership and regulatory compliance expertise.
