Job description
Madison Communities is seeking a Regional Manager to lead and direct all regional operations across a multi-state portfolio. You will supervise Community Managers, drive financial performance, and ensure exceptional resident experiences across communities.
The role requires strong leadership, budgeting expertise, and the ability to travel regularly to Charlotte, NC, Fort Mill, SC, and Indian Land, SC. Experience with luxury Class A lease-up communities is highly valued.
