Job description
CommonSpirit Health at Home seeks a Director, Market Operations to lead multiple home health and hospice locations, driving operational excellence and regional growth. You will partner with cross-functional leaders and mentor new directors to ensure continuity during transitions.
You will oversee budgets, KPIs, and P&L, while strengthening referrals, patient census, and program innovation to meet community needs and elevate care quality.
