Job description
The Connors Group seeks a dynamic Regional Director of Marketing & Business Development to lead marketing, lead generation, business development, and occupancy growth across a portfolio of senior living communities.
This role partners with on-site Sales and Marketing teams and executives to develop local strategies, optimize campaigns, manage the CRM, and turn qualified leads into tours, move-ins, and revenue.
