Job description
FCA East Metro Area is seeking a Director to grow and oversee a staff team serving Dakota, Ramsey, and Washington counties, including schools, clubs, coaches, athletes, volunteers, and churches.
The successful candidate will have ministry experience with personnel management and fund development, a track record in team leadership (preferably with FCA), and the ability to lead a small team while maintaining momentum in their areas.
