Regional Director of Operations – Elevate Dental Excellence Across Multiple Locations!

What You’ll Do:
Strategic Leadership: Oversee multi-location practice operations, ensuring compliance, financial stability, and efficient workflows.
Team Development: Conduct 1:1 meetings with Practice Managers, provide coaching, and develop professional growth initiatives.
Operational Excellence: Monitor production, revenue trends, and patient experience metrics, optimizing strategies for success.
Compliance & Financial Oversight: Ensure HIPAA & OSHA compliance, manage payroll approvals, and reconcile office cash logs.
Collaboration & Engagement: Work closely with doctors, managers, and team members to boost workplace morale, refine processes, and streamline schedules.
Problem Solving: Address challenges in collections, scheduling, and patient engagement—finding solutions that drive performance.
Marketing & Growth: Monitor patient acquisition trends and collaborate on strategic initiatives to enhance outreach.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in multi-location management , preferably within a DSO or healthcare setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills—able to inspire and drive change.
Expertise in compliance, financial metrics, and operational efficiency.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement strategic solutions.
Hands-on approach to team management and problem-solving.
