Job description
MML Hospitality is seeking a Director of Operations to steer Swedish Hill across Austin and lead the brand’s expansion into Dallas, San Antonio, and the Greater Austin Region. This executive role reports to the SVP of Operations and ownership, owning P&L, standards, and multi-market consistency.
You'll translate a creative vision into repeatable systems, oversee current locations, and drive pre-opening planning, talent onboarding, and operational stabilization for Swedish Hill Dallas.
