Job description
MML Hospitality seeks a Director of Operations to lead Swedish Hill across Austin and drive expansion into Dallas, San Antonio, and the Greater Austin region. You will report to the SVP of Operations and own brand-wide financial performance and operating standards.
This executive role requires translating creative vision into scalable systems, overseeing existing locations, and stabilizing operations for new openings with a hands-on approach.
