Job description
TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to support and direct multiple communities toward operational and financial success. The role drives resident satisfaction, care delivery, occupancy, and revenue goals, while guiding Executive Directors and regional teams.
The position involves spending four days weekly at communities, with remaining time at the corporate office. A bachelor’s degree and at least five years in senior living leadership with Sales/Operations
