Regional Director of Operations (Healthcare Dietary) - Joliet, IL
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Regional Director of Operations (Healthcare Dietary) to join our team at Pearl of Joliet. As a Regional Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare dietary services in the Joliet, IL region. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing high-quality patient care through food and nutrition services. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of healthcare dietary professionals, including food service managers, dietitians, and culinary staff
Develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
Collaborate with healthcare facility administrators and clinical staff to develop and implement patient-centered meal programs
Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
Develop and manage budgets to achieve operational goals
Foster strong relationships with healthcare facility staff, patients, and families to ensure exceptional customer service
Identify and address operational risks and opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
Experience in a healthcare dietary management role
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and quality
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards
