Job description
Team Select Home Care is seeking an Area Director of Operations to oversee recruitment, staffing, and retention across field and office locations. You will drive operational, financial, and sales outcomes while collaborating with clinical leadership to meet agency goals.
This role reports to the Regional VP/GM and requires strong leadership, strategic business sense, and a commitment to compliance. Travel is required to support multiple sites nationwide.
