Job description
Zuma is seeking a Director of Operations to lead and support the performance of Zuma restaurants across the region. You will partner with GMs, Executive Chefs, and senior leadership to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and brand standards.
With 7+ years in high-volume hospitality, you will develop teams, lead budgets, and translate insights into actions that elevate guest experiences across multiple locations.
