5+ years of demonstrated management or leadership experience.

Strong understanding of the financial, operational, and customer-facing components of a parts and service organization.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically while remaining closely connected to regional and branch-level execution.

Experience leading multi-location or regional operations is highly advantageous.

Strong financial and business acumen with experience owning budgets, profitability, margins, and operational performance.

Proven ability to lead and develop managers, technicians, and product support teams.

Strong understanding of technician productivity, service operations, parts availability, inventory management, and customer support.

Ability to translate operational and financial data into clear priorities and action.

Strong customer relationship, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
