Job description
Sun Com Mobile, LLC is seeking a Regional Director (RD) to oversee multiple districts, manage sales performance, and ensure operational excellence across a wide region. You will coach and develop Cluster Managers, District Managers, and Area Directors while driving sales initiatives across locations.
The ideal candidate has retail leadership experience, strong coaching and HR skills, and the ability to travel locally to conduct store visits and trainings.
