Job description
NIH Federal Credit Union seeks a Regional Manager of Sales & Service to lead sales and service culture across branches and the virtual team (Glia). You will drive training, coaching, and performance metrics to meet monthly and annual goals while ensuring high-quality member service.
Responsibilities include developing onboarding programs, cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Retail Delivery, and Digital channels, and maintaining policy adherence and operational excellence.
