Job description
Cornerstone Management is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across 6–10 assisted living and memory care communities. The role focuses on NOI, occupancy, labor, and expense optimization with a strong emphasis on developing community leadership teams.
The RDO will partner with Executive Directors and corporate leadership to translate goals into measurable results, ensuring financial discipline and high-quality resident care across all sites.
