Guardian Outreach Ministries Inc. is seeking a full-time Regional Director of Veteran and Community Outreach to lead regional engagement efforts and expand partnerships that support veterans and local communities. This hybrid remote role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong leadership and relationship-building experience who is looking to contribute to a meaningful, mission-focused organization.
PAY
$80,000–$150,000 plus bonuses, reimbursements, and hourly components

THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF VETERAN AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH
THE SCHEDULE
This is a full-time hybrid remote role with primarily daytime hours, requiring weekend availability and regional travel to golf courses and outreach events throughout AZ, CA, TX, TN, GA, NC, FL, LA, AL, and NM.
YOUR ROLE
As our Regional Director of Veteran and Community Outreach, you'll lead regional outreach efforts by building partnerships with golf courses, community organizations, churches, and local leaders while developing and supporting a team responsible for executing events. You'll oversee outreach and fundraising initiatives, ensure alignment with Guardian's mission, track performance, and report progress to leadership. Your role will focus on strengthening community relationships, expanding regional engagement, and ensuring each initiative is executed effectively to maximize impact for veterans and those we serve.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or operations
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally
Availability for weekend events
Preferred experience includes golf industry exposure, team management, B2B development, ministry/outreach, and CRM use. We're looking for someone authentic, results-driven, team-oriented, and passionate about serving veterans.
