# Regional Director- OKCLilyfield South OKC - Oklahoma City, OK 73108## DescriptionRegional Director – Oklahoma CityPurpose: Provide leadership for all Lilyfield programming in Oklahoma City.Job ResponsibilitiesAgency Wide:1. Provide oversight, management and leadership of all Lilyfield programming in Oklahoma City, including all EmpowerOKC Family Resource Center programs2. Provide onsite leadership within the Oklahoma City locations, ensuring that all staff carry out their duties as assigned and working with assigned supervisors to train and develop the Oklahoma City staff3. Participate as a member of the Lilyfield leadership team4. Supervise assigned staff at the Oklahoma City office5. Develop a strong staff team, strong in relationships within the OKC office as well as organization wide6. Manage program budgets for EmpowerOKC Family Resource Center programs and participate in budget planning process7. Lead the effort to meet program specific goals which are identified in the strategic plan8. Oversee and implement the PQI process for OKC programs in coordination with the Operations Manager9. Maintain compliance with COA regulations and standards in coordination with the Operations Manager10. Make policy and procedure update proposals as needed; monitor implementation and compliance with agency policy11. Coordinate partnership efforts related to OKC programs12. Manage and maintain appropriate case files per agency policy13. Attend job related conferences which may vary from year to year14. Some driving may be required15. Other tasks as assignedPrevention Programs:1. Lead efforts to develop existing programs to meet grant and contract requirements2. Create and execute annual and quarterly client intake numbers in coordination with OKC staff for youth programming, parent groups, and the pregnancy care services3. Ensure compliance with all state and federal grants and contractsCommunity Outreach and Collaboration:4. Attend local and statewide meetings with any state, national, or local lead agencies as appropriate5. Raise awareness in the faith community about the scriptural mandate regarding foster care and care and care for the vulnerable6. Assist with event planning and coordination as needed7. Various marketing and PR activities for the agencyWage Classification:SalariedFinancial Justification for the Position:The position oversees a variety of programs in OKC. There is sufficient funding for this position through various grants and contracts. Master’s level degree in social work, psychology or a human services related area of study with at least two years’ relevant experience or2. Willingness to agree to and abide by all policies and procedures including OP406 Code of Ethical and Christian Conduct and OP412 Faith Engagement.2. Ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English3. Solid clinical social work skills4. Strong organizational skills5. Experience in child trauma6. Demonstrated competence in assessment and evaluation of children and families7. Knowledge of issues surrounding adoption and foster care8. Ability to use discretion when discussing sensitive or confidential information9. Excellent interpersonal skills10. Ability to schedule and multitask11. Good problem-solving skills12. Meet requirements of licensing standards in regard to criminal background check.13. Be physically, mentally and emotionally capable of performing the assigned tasks and have the skills necessary to perform assigned tasks.14. Valid Oklahoma driver’s licenseExperience:At least five years of social work practice and/or nonprofit management experience; At least three years of supervisory experience.
