Job description
The Director, On Premise Distribution at Red Bull North America leads regional On Premise route to market and distributor-partner strategy, building and coaching a team of OPDMs while cultivating influential relationships with key principals and DP owners.
The role drives RBNA initiatives, expands market reach, and develops systems that improve KPI execution, monitoring sales and POS performance against business plans, and coaching OPDMs to hit regional objectives.
