Job description
UT Health East Texas Rehabilitation Center in East Texas is seeking a Regional Director of Outpatient Therapy who is a leader and practicing physical therapist. The role combines direct patient care with staffing oversight across multiple locations.
You will oversee five outpatient clinics, supervise staff, coach teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and travel between sites to drive clinical excellence and patient experience across the region.
