Ardent Health Services is seeking a Regional Director of Outpatient Therapy for East Texas. The role combines leadership with ongoing clinical practice across multiple outpatient locations, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operations.
The position requires a PT license in Texas, a bachelor's degree, and 2+ years of experience. Regular travel is required to oversee five outpatient clinics and oversee 16–19 FTEs in the region.
