Job description
The Motorcycle Company is seeking a Regional Director to own P&L, people, and results for a 4-6 store cluster across multiple regions. This field-based role runs in-region with comprehensive travel and direct responsibility for store performance.
You will lead GMs, develop talent, and drive profitability while turning around underperforming locations. The position offers a path toward partner-level equity within a growing dealership network.
