Job description
Human Interest is seeking a Regional Director in Los Angeles to coach a team of Partner Account Managers, drive revenue growth, and forecast sales. You will recruit and develop frontline leaders, manage end-to-end processes, and travel regionally to partner events and conferences.
The role requires 3–5 years leading sales in retirement/HCM/payroll, proven quota achievement, and strong relationships with CPAs and payroll HR partners. Salesforce expertise and excellent communication are essential.
