Human Interest is hiring a Regional Director, Partner Account Manager to lead a team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will coach, recruit, and drive revenue through Partner Account Managers, managing the full sales cycle and forecasts while traveling for field rides and conferences.
The role requires 1+ years in selling 401k and 3–5 years leading sales teams in retirement services/HCM/payroll, with a strong quota track record and solid relationship building.
