Human Interest, a high-growth fintech in Los Angeles, seeks a Regional Director to lead Partner Account Managers in a defined geographic area. You will coach, recruit, and drive revenue growth while managing end-to-end sales and forecasts.
The role requires 1+ year selling 401k, 3-5 years leading frontline sales, and a proven quota attainment record. Travel will be involved to field rides, conferences, and partner huddles in the region.
