Job description
Hospice Santa Cruz seeks a Regional Director responsible for patient care across interdisciplinary groups in the region, ensuring optimal resource use and budget accountability for direct patient care provided by the teams within the assigned region.
The role requires RN licensure (preferred), BLS, and progressive healthcare management experience, with a focus on regulatory compliance, mentoring, and performance improvement. Occasional travel is required.
