Job description
Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Regional Director of Patient Experience and Nursing Engagement to lead patient satisfaction initiatives across multiple accounts. The role requires up to 80% travel and will reside in Texas while supporting AR, OK, Louisiana and AZ.
You will collaborate with unit leadership to improve satisfaction scores, monitor initiatives, and drive client retention and growth.
