Job description
hireneXus is seeking a Director of Operations to lead a regional portfolio of primary care clinics in the Greater Chicagoland area. The role partners with physicians, clinic managers and executive leadership to improve access, performance, patient experience, and financial outcomes across multiple sites.
You will recruit and develop clinic managers, drive operational initiatives, monitor metrics, and ensure regulatory compliance.
