Job description
Ovation Rehabilitation is seeking a Regional Director of Business Development to drive growth in the southeastern region from a home-based office, with travel to client sites as needed. You will partner with the VP of Business Development to grow referral networks, manage accounts, and create sales programs.
The role requires hands-on leadership in therapy contract sales, strong communication with facilities, and the ability to cover assigned territories while traveling occasionally.
