Job description
The Motorcycle Company is seeking a Regional Director to own the P&L, people, and results for a 4–6 store region. This field-based role requires presence in stores about 22 days per month and spans the West Coast, Mountain, Northeast, Mid Atlantic, and Southeast regions to drive profit, volume, and gross targets.
You will develop GMs, staff stores to plan, turn around underperformers, and contribute to phantom equity growth as the region grows toward 40–50 stores.
