Regional Distribution Manager - Jacksonville, Florida
$55,000 Base Salary + Commission | Full-Time | 40% Travel Required in the Southeast
Experience required in the sale of annuities.
Life Insurance License Required + FINRA License Required within 120 Days.
Your Role : As Regional Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and developing Retirement Education Specialists across different regions. You will play a critical role in expanding our reach, strengthening our teams, and ensuring our specialists have the knowledge, skills, and support needed to educate individuals about retirement planning in the school systems we are approved in.
Travel : Travel is required in this role for about 8 days a month.

Many educators do not have a complete understanding of how their state retirement system operates, why supplementing retirement income through a salary reduction program-such as a 403(b), 457(b), or a combination of both-can be beneficial, or how to prepare for retirement through multiple income sources. How We Do It : ValuTeachers provides Retirement Education to the employees of America's school systems and helps teachers retire with financial dignity by optimizing the value of all eligible qualified plans such as 403(b)/IRA/457/ROTH/SCRS, which provide retirement benefits and security.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

ValuTeachers was founded on the principle that "Education is not preparation for life; Education is life itself" (John Dewey). Our Retirement Specialists service school systems nationally with 403(b)/IRA/457 plans.
ValuTeachers started as a different kind of retirement company. The founder and President worked as a school teacher and a college professor, teaching our future leaders. After leaving education, they discovered teachers and school employees were taking home less than $2,000 per month from their state pension plan, after thirty years of service. They were outraged that teachers and education professionals were left with so little after working so hard.
