Job description
Mariner Finance is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and optimize performance across our branch network. You will supervise Branch Managers, guide sales and profitability, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
A strong focus on community presence and customer service is essential. We require a minimum six years in consumer lending with three years in a managerial role, plus a Bachelor's degree or equivalent military rank.
