Job description
Gulf Coast Hotel Management, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to oversee 4 to 5 extended-stay hotels along Florida's fast-growing I-4 corridor, including open, late-stage development, and active construction properties.
The role is home-based/field, with residency in the Greater Orlando area and approximately 60% travel across the state. You will drive revenue, control labor and operating costs, mentor General Managers, and partner with local sales teams to grow occupancy and market share
