Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a District Manager to lead 10-15 store locations, supervise sales teams, and mentor store leaders. You will recruit and manage staffing district-wide, train managers, and work with regional leaders to maximize sales and ensure policy compliance.
Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in a supervisory role, 5-7 years in retail sales, and a high school diploma or GED. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
