Job description
Riser Fitness, a multi-unit operator and developer of Club Pilates franchises, is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple studios in a region. You will guide General Managers, drive membership growth, manage staff, and oversee sales across locations.
The role requires 2+ years in multi-location retail/service or fitness sales management, strong leadership, data oversight, and a passion for fitness. Competitive compensation includes base salary plus bonus.
