Job description
Café Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead operations across multiple Wisconsin locations, driving sales, labor, and food cost targets while mentoring restaurant leaders. You’ll work closely with teams to build a bench of future leaders and maintain a positive, energetic culture.
Expect a five-day set schedule, 2–3 days per site for hands-on guidance, and a fast-paced environment. 2–5 years of multi-unit leadership experience is required.
