Job description
General Motors (GM) is seeking a District Manager, Parts and Service to lead aftersales performance across a defined region. This field-based role collaborates with dealer leadership to drive customer care, retention, and revenue, with up to 50% travel to dealerships within the territory.
You will analyze dealer performance, develop annual business plans, apply data-driven insights, and coach teams to exceed KPIs, including NPS and service lane targets.
