Job description
Total Wine & More is seeking a District Manager to lead field store teams in San Francisco and Sacramento. You will champion people-development through coaching, mentoring, and performance management while driving top-line sales, margin, and expense control to meet company objectives of Price, Selection, and Service.
You will lead customer service excellence, ensure product knowledge, and manage multiple markets through strategic staffing, vendor coordination, and performance accountability.
