Job description
Goodwill Industries Of North Louisiana Inc. regional manager for donated goods retail leads stores, outlets, e‑commerce, salvage and logistics across an assigned region. You will drive revenue, oversee budgeting, and develop teams to achieve mission impact while maintaining safety and performance standards.
Responsibilities include optimizing donated goods flow, improving product movement, and aligning operations with organizational priorities. Strong leadership and financial acumen are required.
