Job description
Cursor is seeking a Regional Director, Geo Enterprise to build and lead a team of Account Executives driving revenue growth across new and existing business. You will coach through complex sales cycles, create scalable processes, and serve as a senior voice for enterprise customers within Cursor.
You will hire, develop, and guide a high-performing AE team, own pipeline generation, and drive forecast accuracy while partnering with product and field engineering to position Cursor at scale.
