Job description
Horizon3 is seeking a Regional Director of Sales to build and lead a high-performing Account Executive team in the Northeast. You will accelerate customer acquisition, expand the pipeline, and drive regional market penetration in a remote-first, highly competitive environment.
You will hire and coach sales professionals, engage CISOs and security leaders, and align Marketing, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver a cohesive GTM strategy and predictable revenue.
