Job description
Lumos Experiences is seeking a Head of Regional Events in Orlando, FL to lead the regional operations, bookings, and strategy for candlelit musical concerts across the state. You will manage on-site teams, coordinate with HQ, and ensure profitable, high-quality shows while expanding the regional footprint.
The role requires weekend availability, strong leadership, and a track record in live events or hospitality. Hybrid work arrangement and travel to shows across the region are expected.
