Job description
The Cardinal Group is seeking a Regional Expansion Lead to open new cities for CarePair. You will decide the next market from a waitlist and establish the initial community network, first referral agreements, and the Senior Care Advisor team.
You’ll balance travel—two weeks per month—by maintaining CRM records, loading a licensed directory, and delivering a written playbook after each city launch to accelerate the next opening.
