The Multi-Office Leader at H&R Block oversees a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You’ll set expectations for consultative service, drive operational excellence, and champion team performance to achieve business results.
As a hands-on, visible leader, you’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, manage staffing, compliance, and day-to-day operations, and travel frequently to stay connected with offices
