Job description
H&R Block is seeking a hands‑on Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, delivering a consistent, high‑quality client experience. You will set expectations, coach teams, and manage staffing, facilities, and compliance across locations.
You will travel frequently to maintain in‑person leadership, monitor performance, and drive revenue and client satisfaction through disciplined execution and coaching.
