Job description
H&R Block, Inc. seeks a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to manage 4-6 retail offices. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, ensuring a consistent, consultative client experience while optimizing staffing, facilities, and operations across locations.
You’ll lead through change, analyze trends, and drive revenue and client growth with hands-on presence and strategic oversight. Travel across offices is required to maintain alignment and performance.
