Job description
H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 offices and deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals while balancing strategic oversight with in-office presence.
You will own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and daily operations, driving revenue, growth, and performance across the portfolio with frequent travel between offices.
