Job description
H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices across Evansville area. You will lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, coach teams, and drive client-centric excellence in every office.
You’ll balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, ensuring office readiness, staffing, and day-to-day operations while focusing on delivering consistent client experiences and strong business results across locations.
